The Anime Story
Xenian is the most feared plant in the universe because it draws on the life force of all living things. It can't do anything on it's own, though, so it needs a person with a weak will to possess and carry our it's work. Fiore, unfortuately filled her needs and possessed him. Together they went toward Earth. She lent her powers to Fiore giving him much strength to attack Sailor Moon. After Mamoru attacked him the Xenian's power seemed to leave him. He made all the flowers on the meteor disappear and he planned to make himself and the group burn up in the Earth's atmosphere. The Xenian said that even when he died she would avenge him and cover the Earth in her flowers, draining it of energy. But, in the end, Fiore was cured by Sailor Moon and the Xenian was destroyed by the power of the Silver Crystal.
Personality
What is there to say about an evil alien flower? Let's see what I can come up with about her personality. . . basically, the Xenian, once she had her grip on someone could manipulate them easily, but this is probably due to the fact that for her to be able to do anything she needs to find someone with a weak will. This life-sucking organism would use her host to do her bidding. She showed very little personality other than evil-life-sucking-alien-flower throughout a lot of the film. One thing I did notice about her, though, is that she is very sure of herself and up until the end she thought she had Fiore (becoming surprised when he broke free from her).
